Description:
My client is looking for a detail-oriented Global Reward Analyst to join a growing Reward team. Reporting to the Global Reward Specialist, you will support reward activities including benefits management, salary analysis, benchmarking and annual salary and bonus processes.
Key Responsibilities
Support annual benefits renewals and manage employee benefits queries.
Prepare monthly reports, salary analysis and reward-related documentation.
Support annual salary reviews and bonus processes.
Liaise with external benefits providers to resolve queries.
Manage shared inboxes, requisitions and invoices.
Support audits, data requests and reward policy updates.
Maintain accurate records and handle confidential employee information appropriately.
About You
Experience in Reward, HR, HR Analytics or Compensation & Benefits.
Strong numerical, analytical and Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with large datasets.
Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
Familiarity with HR, payroll or benefits systems would be advantageous.
