Lead global retail media and marketplace performance across Amazon and key eCommerce channels. Drive brand growth, customer acquisition and commercial performance through best-in-class full-funnel marketing, audience strategy and data-led optimisation across the UK, US and Europe.

Description

Develop and execute global retail media strategies across Amazon and leading marketplaces.
Plan, launch and optimise full-funnel performance marketing campaigns.
Own Amazon Sponsored Ads, DSP and marketplace advertising activity across the UK, US and Europe.
Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and profitable growth through data-led marketing.
Manage media investment, budget allocation and campaign performance to maximise ROI.
Analyse campaign, audience and marketplace data to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.
Build reporting frameworks and performance dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
Partner with eCommerce, Finance and Supply Chain teams to ensure campaign readiness and execution.
Leverage Python, SQL and advanced analytics to generate actionable insights and marketing recommendations.
Lead performance reviews with internal stakeholders, agency partners and marketplace teams.

Profile

Proven experience in retail media, performance marketing and eCommerce, ideally within FMCG/Consumer.
Hands-on expertise managing Amazon Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP campaigns.
Strong understanding of Amazon, marketplace advertising and digital acquisition strategies.
Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
Experience using Python and SQL for reporting, analysis and performance optimisation.
Commercially minded, with a track record of delivering ROI, ROAS and profitable growth.
Experienced in managing media budgets and driving performance across multiple markets.
Strong knowledge of Seller Central, Vendor Central and marketplace performance drivers.
Able to influence stakeholders and translate data into clear marketing recommendations.
Collaborative, proactive and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment.

Job Offer

Competitive basic salary of £85,000 - £100,000.
Private healthcare.
25 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays.
Employer pension contribution.
Fully remote UK-based role with excellent flexibility.
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available.
Candidates should be located within approximately two hours of Hampshire for occasional business meetings.
