Xpertise is looking for a Director of Global Artificial Intelligence to join a fledgling scale-up on some of the most advanced projects we've seen to date in the AI, software engineering, and data space. Please see further details below:
For the next stage of growth, the firm has acquired a significant amount of funding to bolster its AI capabilities to enhance existing internal processes, and improve customer engagement.
We're also looking for a Head of Tech / Software Engineering and a Head of Data Science to assist this AI Director.
Key details:
Salary: Likely £100,000–150,000 + mega bonus + share options + private healthcare
Location: Can be remote-based with offices in the East Midlands and London
Future outlook: We're looking for an ambitious leader who can make the jump to Chief AI Officer and report directly to the CEO
Experience and Skills Desired:
Demonstrated success in building and leading diverse, high-performing teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Exposure to software engineering and modern data engineering practices
Passion for innovation and a commitment to ethical AI practices.
Native or fluency in oral and written English
Strong business acumen and the ability to translate technical concepts into strategic business opportunities.
Can work closely with senior stakeholders, including CIO, CEO, CFO and COO
Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning (MLOps), deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
Versatile skill set across data and doesn't mind working outside a standard job description!
