Job Description:
We are seeking a well-rounded Office Administrator and Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves general administrative duties, customer interaction, invoicing, supplier communication, arranging fitting appointments, and product ordering. The ideal candidate will have excellent IT and customer service skills and will play a key role in supporting our office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative tasks including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Interact with customers to provide information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues.
- Raise invoices and process payments.
- Communicate with suppliers to order products and manage deliveries.
- Arrange fitting appointments and coordinate with the installation team.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support the showroom with product displays and customer visits.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads, with the potential for commission on sales generated.
Requirements:
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency with CRM systems (experience with Business Pilot CRM is a plus).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
