Description:
We're looking for an experienced Glazier / Multi Trader to join a well-established property maintenance contractor on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong UPVC window and door repair experience who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.
The Role
You'll be carrying out a variety of glazing and maintenance works across residential properties, including:
* UPVC window and door repairs
* Measuring and fitting replacement glass units
* Replacing misted, cracked and broken sealed units
* Repairing and replacing locks, handles, hinges and mechanisms
* Window and door adjustments
* General glazing repairs and maintenance
* Providing excellent customer service while working in occupied properties
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Glazier / Multi Trader
* Strong knowledge of UPVC window and door systems
* Experience measuring, ordering and fitting sealed glass units
* Competent in diagnosing and repairing window and door faults
* Experience replacing locks, handles, hinges and mechanisms
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
* Full UK Driving Licence
