Job Title: Glass Cutter / Production Operative Nights
Major Recruitment Newcastle is seeking an experienced Glass Cutter to join our client in Gateshead, within a glass production company.
Job Description:
Performing cutting tasks on various glass types, including patterned/textured and laminated glass.
Night shift responsibilities within a busy warehouse environment.
Adhering to health and safety protocols.
Maintaining general housekeeping standards.Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of 1 years' experience in manually cutting flat glass (including patterned/textured and laminated glass) within a fast-paced production setting.
Proficient in using automatic cutting tables with technical understanding.Hours & Compensation:
Shift timings: 8:30 pm to 7:00 am, Monday to Friday.
Hourly wage: £14.54 with Overtime possibilitiesThis position offers a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for suitable candidates.
