Salary: £100 - £230 per day

Are you passionate about the German language and culture? Do you have a knack for inspiring students to embrace linguistic proficiency and cultural appreciation? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a German Teacher in Harlow starting this September 2024.

As a German Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing students' language skills and fostering a deeper understanding of German culture and society. Your enthusiasm and expertise will ignite curiosity and empower students to become confident and effective communicators in German.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver dynamic and interactive German language lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students.
Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel encouraged to participate and take risks in their language learning journey.
Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources, including multimedia and authentic materials, to enhance students' language acquisition and cultural understanding.
Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to support their continued growth and development.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular connections and promote the integration of German language and culture across the curriculum.
Engage with parents and guardians to communicate students' progress and support their involvement in their children's language learning.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Fluent proficiency in German language, both spoken and written.
Experience teaching German at the secondary level, with a track record of fostering student achievement and engagement.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
Adaptability and creativity in lesson planning and delivery to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
Commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment that respects and celebrates diversity.
