GERMAN SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICES
Long established market leader in their field who has put the borough of Wigan on the ap for their supply of products throughout Europe is on the lookout for a fluent German speaker.
26.5K-28k + ANNUAL BONUS
You will be working (Apply online only) Monday to Friday communicating with customers as well as internal staff in German by way of email phone call etc
Your areas of responsibility will include:
* Manage customer orders and queries in a timely manner
* Be the point of contact for European customers via phone, email & video conferencing
* Manage customer disputes through problem solving to swiftly resolve issues and minimize customer impact
* Liaise with warehouses and courier / delivery companies to ensure product delivery
* Driving key customer metrics to constantly improve performance profile
To be successful you will be fluent in German, both written and verbal. You will also have sufficient experience along with the role requirements above. You will also be competent in using Microsoft products, specifically MS Office and in using an ERP system.
