Description:
Are you fluent in German with a passion for delivering exceptional administration and customer relations? We're looking for a proactive, dedicated and enthusiastic person to work with a German-speaking client and enhance the customers' journey!
Duties:
Manage and process renewal contracts.
Communicate via email and phone with German clients to provide information on renewal options and timelines.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of renewals in the CRM system.
Assist in resolving any issues or queries related to contract renewals.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth renewal processes.
Maintain and update client records, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
Generate reports and analyse data to track renewal performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications:
Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
Previous experience in Customer Service/Account Management/ Administration or similar.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ideally Netsuite and/or Salesforce
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
