What You'll Be Doing
Every day is different. You'll be supporting customers with their travel plans by:
Responding to enquiries via phone, live chat and email
Resolving customer queries with empathy and professionalism
Providing accurate information on bookings, policies and promotions
Delivering exceptional service while achieving quality and performance targets
Working collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve the customer experience
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with people who have:
Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
Previous customer service or contact centre experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Confidence working across multiple systems while managing several customer conversations
A positive attitude, willingness to learn and a passion for helping customers
The ability to work towards individual and team performance targets
Working Hours
German customer service line: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Location: Edinburgh (On-site)
