Multidisciplinary Consultancy

A Geotechnical Engineer is required to join a multidisciplinary consultancy in the North-East. You will be involved in delivering site investigations projects, geotechnical assessments, slope stability analyses and engineering geology projects.

Geotechnical Engineer - RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning and delivering ground investigation projects
Preparing factual and interpretative ground investigation reports
Carrying out field investigations
Logging soil and rock samples
Assisting with slope stability assessments
Assisting with the preparation of technical reports

Geotechnical Engineer - REQUIREMENTS

BSc in Geology or a related discipline, with an MSc in Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent
Previous experience in undertaking ground investigations
Ability to interpret site investigation data to produce technical reports
Strong soil and rock logging skills
Full UK driving licence as site visits are required
