Role: Geography Teacher
Location: Manchester
Qualiteach is currently looking for an experienced Geography teacher on a full-time basis for a mainstream secondary school based in Manchester. The role is due to begin on 02/09/2024 and is offered on a long-term basis until the end of the academic year.
The position will involve teaching Geography at both KS3 & KS4.
Key Requirements:
* Ability to teach Geography at both KS3 & KS4
* Happy to teach some Humanities at KS3
* A passion for the subject
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to create exciting, engaging lesson plans
* Ability to quickly build rapport
* Flexible and adaptable approach
* Hold a PGCE with QTS/QTLS
* Have an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service
