General Builder – RG9 6AB
4Site Recruitment are looking for an experienced General Builder to join a large construction site in RG9 6AB.
Job Details:
Rate: £24.00 p/h CIS
Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm
Paid: 8.5 hours per day
Duration: 2–3 months
CSCS: Required
Parking: Available
Work: Outside
Weekend work: Not currently confirmed
Duties:
Installing cavity wall insulation batts and boards
Installing wall ties
Laying Damp Proof Course (DPC)
Installing cavity fire barriers/fire stops
General building and labouring duties
Assisting bricklayers and other trades
Keeping the work area clean and safe
Requirements:
Valid CSCS card
Previous construction experience
General building, skilled labouring or handyman experience
Experience with insulation, DPC, wall ties or fire stopping would be an advantage
Good understanding of site health & safety
Site Information:
Large construction site
5-point PPE required at all times
Smoke-free site – smoking is only permitted off-site during breaks
