We are currently seeking a Waste Process Operator to join our client's team in the Waste Management industry. As a Waste Process Operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of waste processing operations.

Responsibilities:

Operate waste processing equipment and machinery efficiently and safely.

Monitor and maintain the process line, ensuring it runs smoothly and without disruptions.

Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues and address them promptly.

Handle waste materials according to established procedures and safety guidelines.

Assist with housekeeping duties, including cleaning and sanitising work areas to maintain a safe and organised environment.

Collaborate with the waste management team to optimise processes and implement improvements.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines, promoting a safe work environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test prior to the start date.

You will be working on a shift rota, which alternates weekly between the hours of 6.15am and 10pm.

Please note all successful candidates will be required to undergo a drugs and alcohol test as part of the first day induction.
