Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Hull
Are you passionate about supporting the educational development of young minds? Do you thrive in a dynamic and collaborative learning environment? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team to work across primary schools in Hull.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons under the guidance of the class teacher.
Provide one-to-one support for students who may require additional assistance.
Support the overall well-being and development of students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with teachers to create and implement effective learning activities.
Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
Supervise and support students during break times and outings.
Help maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role or a strong desire to work in education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient and flexible approach to working with children of varying abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Basic understanding of educational principles and practices.
A commitment to promoting equality and diversity within the school community.Qualifications:
Minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) qualifications in English and Mathematics.
