Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity in a supportive secondary school?

We are working with a well-established secondary school in Northwood seeking enthusiastic General and Subject-Specific Teaching Assistants to join their team ASAP. Previous experience working in a secondary school is essential.

The Role

Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across the secondary curriculum.
Providing one-to-one, small-group and classroom support.
Supporting subject-specific lessons, including English, Maths, Science and Humanities.
Helping students stay focused, engaged and motivated.
Supporting students' academic progress and development.
Promoting positive behaviour and working collaboratively with teaching staff.The Ideal Candidate

Previous Teaching Assistant experience in a secondary school is essential.
Good understanding of the secondary school curriculum.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient, proactive and adaptable approach.
Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
Strong subject knowledge for subject-specific roles.
Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.
