We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated General Supervisor KS3 to join our team in Thanet, Kent, and play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of our students. As a General Supervisor KS3, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Key Stage 3 curriculum, ensuring that teaching and learning activities are aligned with educational standards and objectives.
You Role:
Supervise and support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Monitor student progress and implement strategies to address academic and behavioural needs.
Coordinate curriculum planning and implementation for Key Stage 3.
Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that values diversity and promotes student well-being.
Collaborate with parents, guardians, and external stakeholders to enhance the educational experience of students.
Participate in professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in education.
Qualification and Requirement:
Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong understanding of Key Stage 3 curriculum and assessment practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
