About the role:

You will be carrying out construction-based works efficiently and safely under the guidance of the site supervisor. All works are generally within Suffolk and immediate surrounding areas. You will be reporting to the Site Supervisor/Contracts Manager.

Key responsibilities:

Collaborate with site team colleagues to deliver projects successfully.
Execute tasks according to method statements and hazard risk assessments.
Work in alignment with current drawings, specifications, and details as advised.
Purchase, collect, and handle materials cost-effectively.
Uphold health and safety standards for yourself and colleagues.
Operate plant and equipment as directed, adhering to site rules.
Build positive relationships with clients and the public to help promote SEH French Ltd.
Supervise, mentor, and assist in the career development of subordinates and junior staff.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental policies.

About you:

You need to have previous experience in general construction duties, particularly on commercial projects. Hold a current CSCS card and preferable forklift/plant certificates this is essential. Be conscientious, safety-minded, and team-oriented. Have excellent communication skills and be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
