Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants (TAs) and SEN Teaching Assistants (SEN TAs) to work within a range of welcoming primary schools across Blackpool, Fleetwood, Thornton-Cleveleys, Poulton-le-Fylde, Lytham St Annes, and surrounding areas.

Your Responsibilities
Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
Assisting the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons
Helping children achieve their academic, social and emotional goals
Supporting pupils with additional needs, including Autism, ADHD and SEMH needs
Promoting positive behaviour and engagement within the classroom
Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
We Are Looking For
Previous experience working with children, young people or vunerable adults
Experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is desirable but not essential
A patient, caring and positive attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
