General Sales Manager Southport
£36,000 Basic Salary - £54,000 OTE/annum. Capped at £72,000 OTE/Annum.
We are recruiting an experienced General Sales Manager for a Franchised Car Dealership in the Southport area.
Duties in this role include:
Promote and nurture a customer care culture, delivering care levels consistent with the expectations of the manufacturer and our client.
Utilise monthly management accounts to monitor and control profitability of the Sales Department and to take any appropriate action to maximise future opportunities.
Developing sales and marketing plans and budgets to achieve agreed financial, marketing and sales benchmarks.
Organising, directing and controlling the activities of sales staff to work to pre-arranged plans and budgets.
Ensuring optimum use of all materials and resources available.
Provide coaching and training to sales people to improve their job performance, with particular emphasis on: customer satisfaction, prospecting and customer follow-up, sales process, time management and product knowledge.
The ideal candidate will:
Take pride in their ability to maximise sales and profit opportunities whilst simultaneously delivering exceptional levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Have experience working as a Sales Manager with brands operating a balanced scorecard.
Be commercially astute with a drive for growth.
Have experience coaching a high performing sales team.
What's on offer?
On target earnings up to £54,000.
Company Car.
Overperformance earnings capped at 200% - £72,000 OTE/Annum.
