Franchised Main Dealership
£40,000 Basic Salary
£70,000 OTE
Monday to Saturday, Day off in the week
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising with service. We are currently recruiting for a General Sales Manager to join our Client’s very busy main dealer franchise in Exeter.
Working for an Automotive Business, the successful General Sales Manager will be an experienced manager who is well-versed in Car Sales and running a successful Sales Department.
Our Client is offering the successful General Sales Manager up to £70,000 OTE.
Key Responsibilities for this General Sales Manager role:
Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
Develop and roll out dealership marketing and publicity strategies to support objectives.
Support the dealerships to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with our clients, manufacturer and regulatory requirements.

Have a proven track record within a General Sales Manager role
Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives
