Are you a dedicated and compassionate GP seeking a fulfilling role within a forward-thinking, innovative, and progressive Practice?
We have partnered with a semi-rural Cornish Practice based near the coast and countryside and within the catchment area for Plymouth Grammar Schools. They are excited to welcome a new Salaried GP with a potential view to partnership, with no capital investment.
Position Details:
* Job Title: Salaried GP.
* Sessions: 4-8 sessions per week depending on your preferences (Flexible, child friendly hours to support work/life balance).
* Location: Plymouth Region (Cornwall)
* Salary: Up to £12,000 per session with an extensive benefits package including personal development opportunities plus visa sponsorship and relocation support offered.
* Overview: EMIS web clinical system / List Size: Approx 10,000.
* High earning dispensing practice and as a training Practice, they have GP Registrars, Foundation Doctors, and final year medical students (Plymouth VTS scheme graded them excellent).
* Set-Up: Dedicated care home and acute visiting team, mix of telephone triage and face to face appointments, protected admin time and daily clinical huddles to organise workload and support each other.
* Team: Expanding multi-disciplinary team and as part of an innovative PCN, they also employ ARRS staff.
* Opportunities for an experienced GP or equally a newly qualified GP or those seeking Portfolio careers / specialist interests encouraged.
About You:
* Full GMC Registration.
* Fully qualified GP eligible to work in General Practice in the NHS.
* Currently on NHS England performer's list.
* Skills: Outstanding clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, effective time management, ability to work autonomously and as a team member
* Personal Qualities: Polite, confident, team-player, motivated, forward thinker, problem solver, high levels of integrity and loyalty, sensitive and empathetic.
