We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Operator to join the Material Prep Area team. We are always looking for people with a "finishing" background (powder coating/paint/finishing/spraying etc) but people with a general background in manufacturing are encouraged to employ as full training will be provided!

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Material Preparation:
Prepare materials for powder coating and finishing processes.
Clean, sand, and mask parts as required to ensure they are ready for coating.
Quality Control:
Inspect materials before and after preparation to ensure they meet company standards.
Report any defects or issues to the supervisor.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Training and Development:
Participate in training programs to learn about new tools, techniques, and safety procedures.
Continuously improve skills and knowledge related to the material preparation process.
Housekeeping:
Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Assist in the general maintenance of the prep area and equipment.
Requirements:
Qualifications:

No prior experience required; full training provided.
Skills and Attributes:

Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Good physical condition and stamina.
Basic understanding of health and safety practices.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
