General Operative – Gritting / Winter Maintenance
Location: Samlesbury, Blackburn (BB2)
Pay Rate: £20.00 per hour
Start: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing / Ad-hoc Call-Out Work
Recruit 360 are currently recruiting for a General Operative to support winter maintenance and gritting operations at a site in the Samlesbury area.
The role will involve assisting with gritting duties and general site maintenance, responding to call-outs when required to help maintain safe access around the site during adverse weather conditions.
Duties will include:

Assisting with gritting operations.

Spreading salt across designated areas.
*
Supporting general winter maintenance duties.
*
Responding to call-outs as required.
*
Following site health and safety procedures.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
*
Reliable and flexible, with availability for call-outs.
*
Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
*
Full UK driving licence desirable.
*
Must be willing to undergo a DBS check as part of the recruitment process.
Pay Rate: £20.00 per hour.
