Description:
We are looking for Factory Operatives in Malvern for full time, ongoing work on a day shift.
The successful candidate will have:
The ability to work as part of a team
Good attention to detail
Previous manufacturing or production experience (beneficial but not essential)
Duties Include:
Loading and unloading materials onto production machinery
Monitoring production processes and maintaining quality standards
Conducting quality checks on finished products
Accurately recording production data and information
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Following all health and safety procedures
Working Hours:
Day shift
Monday to Friday
07:45-15:45
Pay Rates:
£12.71 per hour
£16.94 per hour after 8.5 hours per day
£19.06 per hour after 10.5 hours per day
