About Our Client:

Our client is a dynamic and growing organisation in Halstead, Essex. They are seeking a skilled and motivated General Operative to join their team.

Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm working hours for a healthy work-life balance.

Temporary to permanent contract, providing stability and growth within the organisation.

Utilise hand and power tools to assemble timber trusses.
Assist with manual handling tasks, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Collaborate with team members, contributing positive energy and embracing a teamwork mindset.
Take advantage of opportunities to progress and learn new skills, including operating saw machines (no previous experience required).
Familiarity with timbers would be advantageous, but not essential.Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
