Major Recruitment are currently recruiting for a General Operative providing a range of maintenance services to the city’s cemeteries and crematoria. Ensuring sites are safe, clean, and respectful places for the bereaved to visit

Day to Day Duties:
* Removing and disposing of floral displays and memorials where appropriate and litter picking across multiple sites.
* Clearing and maintaining paths and other hard areas, undertaking winter duties when required.
* Identifying and carrying out ground levelling and seeding/turfing
* Unlocking and locking of cemetery and crematoria sites in accordance with the seasonal opening hours, including weekends
