Family-owned manufacturing organisation (established 1983) requires an experienced General Operative to join their expanding team.
Previous machine operating and assembly work is essential to fulfil the role of General Operative. Within this role you will have access to various different benefits such as free car parking, competitive rates of pay and an early finish on Friday’s. Offered on a temporary to permanent basis. This position of General Operative is available with immediate start.
Duties and responsibilities of General Operative –
* Machine operating
* General assembly work
* Run wire cutting machines
* Metal work
* General factory work
* Use of hand tools
Skills and attributes required by successful candidate for the role of General Operative –
* Previous experience working with machines
* Good communication
* Able to work as part of a team and individually
* Working against deadlines for the company
* Previous General Operative experience
Location: Alcester
Hours of work: (Mon-Thurs) 7am-4pm (Fridays) – 7am-1pm
Rate of pay: £11.44 per hour
