Compass Associates are proud to work in partnership with a leading provider who specialise in person centred care. This client is seeking a General Manager for one of their medium sized elderly residential and dementia service based near Evesham.
The Candidate
This stunning home needs an experienced General Manager to take full operational control and responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service. Your role will include ensuring complete management of both the home and staff while working towards an extremely compliant service, inline with CQC regulations. You will also work to achieve the company's own aims and objectives, with the new General Manager having strong business acumen and experience in building occupancy levels.
You will need strong communication and leadership abilities and work closely alongside your Deputy and other HoD's to ensure appropriate staffing and more importantly, high-quality, person-centred care for each and every resident within the home.
Requirements
NVQ Level 5 or equivalent (preferred)
Experience in increasing occupancy
Strong evidence of CQC compliance
Home Management experience (2 years min.)

Location
