General Manager - East Midlands - Up to £50,000 + benefits
We are recruiting for an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume site for a well-established hospitality brand. This is a hands-on role with full responsibility for the site's commercial performance, operations, people and guest experience.
The business is well known for creating positive guest experiences through great food and drink, a vibrant atmosphere and consistently high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Full ownership of site P&L, sales, labour, GP and controllable costs.
Lead, motivate and develop a large team and management structure.
Drive sales, profitability, guest satisfaction and operational standards.
Maintain high standards across service, food, drink, compliance and safety.
Use KPIs and commercial data to identify opportunities and improve performance.
Build a strong team culture and develop future leaders.
The Ideal Candidate:
Experienced General Manager from a high-volume hospitality, leisure or retail environment.
Strong commercial acumen and proven P&L experience.
Confident people leader with a track record of developing teams.
Hands-on, energetic and passionate about delivering a positive guest experience.
Proven ability to drive sales, margin and overall business performance.
