Newmarket | £35,000-£38,000 + performance bonus up to £6,000
Permanent | Full-time | 40-48 hours per week

A role you can get stuck into
You’ll be at the centre of the action: leading a busy service, coaching someone through their first shift and making sure every order leaves the kitchen just as it should.
You’ll bring front and back of house together, set clear standards and create an atmosphere where people pull together and customers want to return.
Alongside the day-to-day operation, you’ll take ownership of the numbers—growing sales, controlling costs and turning a busy business into a profitable one.

What you’ll take ownership of
* Leading, recruiting and developing a confident, motivated team
* Delivering consistently great food and friendly, efficient service across the restaurant and takeaway
* Managing business performance, including P&L, stock, ordering and labour costs
* Keeping food safety, cleanliness and health and safety standards high
* Supporting both the kitchen and front of house when service gets busy
* Spotting opportunities to improve the operation and putting your ideas into action

You’re practical, positive and happiest when you’re involved. You can keep a team focused during a rush, tackle problems calmly and give people the support they need to do a great job.
Your background could be in QSR, fast food, a busy takeaway, or a food-led pub or restaurant. You might already be a General Manager or Restaurant Manager, or be an Assistant, Deputy or Kitchen Manager ready to step up.
What matters is that you bring:

* Confidence supporting kitchen operations and working across front and back of house
