ROLE: GENERAL MANAGER OF FACILITIES
LOCATION: CROYDON
HOURS: TEMP CONTRACT-MIN 4 MONTHS -FULL TIME
SALARY: £75900-£89000/ANNUM FTE
DAY RATE Equivalent: From £475 (Inside IR35)
Coben Healthcare is looking for an experienced General Facilities Manager with a proven track record of overseeing Facilities Management in a large and complex organization.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal leadership role in an ambitious Trust.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* To provide effective management, strategic leadership, and direction to the range of Facilities Services.
* Take the senior lead on all operational activities within the department and assist the Director of Estates & Facilities in the development and delivery of strategies for the range of services, including the quality and delivery of patient services, support staff and the environment.
* Ensure efficient, effective, customer-focused services are delivered against agreed targets and within budget.
* Effectively manage contracted-out services to ensure they meet agreed standards, provide high-quality delivery, and value for money against key performance targets.
* Ensure quality principles and standards are in place to meet the Trust, local, and national standards.
* Act as a patient champion for the environment, ensuring that all Facilities' services are designed, developed, and delivered with the patient as the primary focus.
About You:
* Professional knowledge acquired in facilities management-essential
* Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies or equivalent-essential
* H&S Management qualification (IOSH) or equivalent -essential
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong commitment to delivering high-quality services.
* Previous experience in healthcare facilities management-desirable
