What will my day to day look like?
* Day to Day management and financial accountability of your restaurant
* Lead your team, empower and motivate them to be the best
* Ensure all food safety, health and safety and internal audit standards are met
* Engage the workforce through efficient scheduling, building development plans and deliver excellence
* Complete and monitor daily administration
* Deliver financial controls within restaurants budget
* Communicate effectively with all members of the team, your reporting manager and support departments
