As General Manager, you'll take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation, leading the management team and ensuring excellent standards across the business.

You'll be responsible for:

Leading, motivating and developing the team
Driving sales, profitability and performance
Managing P&L, labour and stock costs
Maintaining excellent guest and service standards
Developing sales and business opportunities
Ensuring compliance and operational standards
Working closely with senior managementThe Ideal Candidate

We're looking for an experienced General Manager from a pub, restaurant, hotel or similar hospitality operation.
