Description:
General Maintenance Operative
* Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm
* Overtime and weekend work available
* Collaborative work with Head Office as team to follow planned works and provide detailed reports
* Painting & Decorating
* Basic groundworks
* Reactive maintenance
* Basic plumbing
* Fencing
* Building
* Carpentry
* Building displays and mock-ups.
* General upkeep of yards and boundaries.
Skills & Requirements for the role:
* Experience of working in a similar role and either have served an apprenticeship or be able to demonstrate a sound working knowledge to produce a high-quality standard of work
* Good knowledge of health and safety requirements for the workplace
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Travel between sites is expected for this role therefore a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points is essential
* Proven experience as maintenance person or similar role
* Ability to work effectively as a team player
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Attention to detail
* Willingness to work away on (rare) occasion.
