About the Role:
Our client is a leading provider of construction and maintenance services in the aviation industry. They are committed to delivering high-quality solutions and ensuring the safety and efficiency of their projects. We are currently seeking experienced and diligent Labourers to join their team for airside operations. As an Airside Labourer, you will support various construction tasks within the secure airside area of the airport. This role requires adherence to safety standards and the ability to work in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the assembly and installation of frameworks, structures, and components.
Handle and transport materials and equipment.
Use hand and power tools as directed by supervisors.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks.
Collaborate with other team members and contractors to ensure project timelines are met.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in construction or related field.
5 years checkable employment history.
Clear criminal record and valid Criminal Record Check certificate.
Valid CSCS card.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working in an airside environment.
Additional certifications related to construction and safety.
