The construction and retrofit sectors are growing rapidly, creating exciting opportunities for women looking to start a new career, gain recognised qualifications, or move into a rewarding industry with long-term prospects.

Pathway to Retrofit Excellence is a free 3-week, face-to-face Skills Bootcamp in Walsall designed to help you build confidence, develop practical knowledge, and gain the qualifications employers are looking for.

By completing the programme, you'll achieve:

* Highfield Level 2 Award in Retrofit Principles (RQF)

You'll also receive dedicated tutor support, career guidance, interview preparation, and a guaranteed interview upon successful completion.

Training is completely free, and while the course itself is unpaid, successful learners can progress into employment opportunities upon completion
