What You'll Be Doing

As a General Foreman, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of civil engineering projects, leading site teams while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing day-to-day site operations and supervising subcontractors and direct labour.
Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification.
Coordinating with Site Agents, Engineers, and Project Managers to maintain progress.
Promoting a strong health and safety culture across site activities.
Monitoring quality standards and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Supporting the planning and organisation of labour, plant, and materials.
What We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with experienced General Foremen who have:

A background in civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A proactive approach to site management and problem-solving.
A commitment to maintaining high standards of health, safety, quality, and productivity.
Flexibility to work across projects throughout Scotland's Central Belt.
