Are you an experienced General Foreman with a knack for leading teams in the field of highways and structures works? We're seeking a talented individual to join our esteemed client, a leading Highways Contractor responsible for a Framework with a primary focus on bridge and structures projects.

Position: General Foreman
Location: South East
Type: Contract/Freelance

Key Responsibilities:
·Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of construction projects, with a specific focus on bridge and structures works.
·Lead and motivate on-site teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
·Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery.
·Implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
·Monitor project progress and report regularly to senior management.
 
Requirements:
·Proven experience as a General Foreman within the Highways or Civil Engineering sector.
·Expertise in bridge joint replacements and expansions is essential.
·Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
·In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to construction sites.
·Flexibility to work on a freelance basis without employee benefits involvement.
