General Foreman
Our client is seeking an experienced General Foreman to oversee structures and drainage works on a major civil engineering project.
General Foreman Responsibilities
*
Supervise day to day structures and drainage activities.
*
Manage site teams, subcontractors and plant operators.
*
Coordinate labour, plant and materials.
*
Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification.
*
Monitor quality and progress of works.
*
Carry out site inspections and toolbox talks.
*
Liaise with Site Management and Engineers to ensure smooth delivery.
General Foreman Requirements
*
Previous General Foreman experience within civil engineering.
*
Strong background in structures and drainage.
*
Gold CSCS card.
*
SMSTS or SSSTS.
*
First Aid qualification.
*
Strong leadership and communication skills.
