Key Role:
Lead and manage the KS2 Primary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality education in line with curriculum standards.
Foster a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement, creativity, and critical thinking.
Support and mentor teachers to enhance their professional development and instructional practices.
Collaborate with staff, parents, and stakeholders to create a supportive and inclusive school community.
Oversee day-to-day operations and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the KS2 Primary department.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience working with Key Stage 3 students is desirable.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills and behaviour management skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to work with different classes and subjects.
Enhanced DBS clearance and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Relevant qualifications or training in education would be advantageous
