Key Responsibilities:

Cover Supervision:
Assume responsibility for supervising classes during the short-term absence of regular teaching staff.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and materials, maintaining continuity in students' learning.
Manage classroom behavior effectively, fostering a positive and respectful learning environment.
Student Engagement and Support:
Engage students in the learning process, providing assistance and support as needed.
Respond to student queries and concerns, promoting a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Encourage student participation and involvement in classroom activities and discussions.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of attendance and behavior, reporting any issues to appropriate school personnel.
Assist in the preparation of classroom resources and materials as required.
