About the Role:
Spencer Clarke Group is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a thriving primary school in Kirkham. You'll play a vital role in supporting the teacher to deliver engaging lessons and provide individualised support to all pupils.
What you'll do:
Assist the teacher with classroom preparation and organisation.
Deliver small group or individualised learning activities.
Support with marking and providing feedback to students.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all children.
