Pay rate: £11.50
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (30 mins paid lunch)
Contract: Temporary with potential to permanent
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive General Administrator to join our client's team and support their daily operations.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments as needed.
Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Scheduling: Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars.
Data Entry: Maintain and update databases with accurate and current information.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including GDPR and data protection regulations.Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Proficiency in Sage, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
