Description:
Since opening, its training academy, commercial and utility operations have gone from strength to strength and the original expectations of creating a one-stop training academy and commercial air operation were far exceeded. Due to growth we are looking for an office administrator to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a point of contact between managers and internal stakeholders.
* Coordinate and schedule appointment, meetings and travel arrangements.
* Collaborate with the HSE team to ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
* Assist in the development and implementation of safety programs.
* Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding and off boarding processes.
* Assist in maintaining employee records and files.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Manage day to day office tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
