12-month Contract - 3 days per week

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead GDP compliance across Europe, supporting the growth of a global logistics provider specialising in healthcare. This vital role involves safeguarding the integrity of pharmaceutical supply chains, ensuring regulatory adherence, and driving continuous improvement within a complex multi-country environment.
The successful candidate will:
Lead and manage the European GDP compliance programme, including audits and gap analysis.
Develop and implement strategic plans for achieving and maintaining GDP certification across multiple sites.
Establish and oversee supplier and subcontractor quality assurance programmes.
Lead cross-region collaboration and provide expert guidance to local GDP managers.
Build and maintain relationships with regulators, partners, and internal teams to ensure ongoing compliance and quality standards.You will have:
Proven experience in global pharmaceutical or healthcare logistics, with strong knowledge of EU GDP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Expertise in quality management systems, audits, and validation processes.
Strong leadership skills experienced in managing international teams and stakeholder engagement.
