Are you a qualified teacher or experienced tutor looking for flexible 1:1 work? Prospero Teaching are recruiting GCSE English & Maths Tutors in Wrexham!
The Opportunity
We are seeking enthusiastic tutors to support secondary-aged learners with their GCSE English and Maths.
You will provide personalised tuition designed around each student's individual needs, helping them address learning gaps, strengthen their subject knowledge and develop confidence ahead of their examinations.
Position Details:
Location: Wrexham
Position: GCSE English & Maths Tutor
Hours: 5-15 hours per week

Experience, Training and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Experience teaching GCSE English and/or Maths
Strong knowledge of the relevant GCSE curriculum
QTS, PGCE or equivalent
Previous 1:1 tutoring experience is desirable
The ability to adapt lessons to suit individual learners
To be eligible for this role, you must:
Hold the Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service or be willing to obtain one
Provide two professional child-related references
