Daniel Owen are currently working with a leading Social Housing Contractor who are seeking a Gas Supervisor to join their team for their West London contract.

Gas Supervisor Role:

Working to deliver the best quality service, you'll prepare programmes of work, managing operational delivery with agreed budgets, ensuring objects and targets are met.
You'll ensure compliance with our Company Health, Safety and Welfare Policies and Employment Legislations, understanding the Contract and our obligations are met, whilst developing excellent relationships with Client Representatives, Residents and all Stakeholders.
You'll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience.Gas Supervisor Requirements:

A qualified Gas Engineer, with excellent knowledge and understanding of NHF Schedule of Rates, you'll have previous significant technical knowledge within repairs and maintenance in social housing sector and hold SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).

ACS competencies for the work being supervised,
Gas Safe Card,
JIB-PMES CSCS Card Gold or working towards
Extensive experience in service, installation and breakdownsGas Supervisor Benefits:
