Gas Service & Breakdown Engineer
Multiple Locations – NR, CO, CB & IP Postcodes
£37,000 - £42,000 per annum

Service Service is recruiting for experienced Gas Service & Breakdown Engineers to join a well-established organisation covering multiple areas across East Anglia.
This is a field-based role carrying out servicing, maintenance, fault finding and repairs on domestic heating systems. You will work independently across a range of properties, managing both planned and reactive work while providing a professional service to customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Service, maintain and repair domestic heating systems
* Diagnose faults and carry out effective first-time fixes
* Complete safety checks, certification and accurate documentation
* Provide excellent customer service during every visit
* Participate in an on-call rota for emergency repairs
* Manage vehicle stock, materials and equipment
* Work safely and in line with Gas Safe and company procedures
About You
* Proven experience in domestic gas servicing, maintenance and breakdowns
* Current ACS and relevant domestic gas qualifications
* CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, HTR1, MET1, HWSS1 and CMDDA1
* Water Regulations (WREG) qualification
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Able to work independently and manage your own workload
