Description:
Location: Essex
Work Type: Central heating installs including swaps, upgrades, and conversions.
Commitment: Minimum of set 3 days per week. Up to 5 days available plus optional weekends.
Contract Length: Ongoing (no end date)
Payment terms: Weekly one week in arrears.
Rates:
* Combi swap: £301 core rate plus extras
* Conventional swap: £311 core rate plus extras
* Conventional to Combi Conversion: £328 core rate plus extras.
* New Combi System: £494 core plus extras
*all extras such as pipework, radiators, TRV’s, flues etc are paid in addition to the core job price. A full rate card containing a full schedule of rates can be provided

Requirements:
* 2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer
* ACS Qualifications
* Gas Safe Registered
* Own van
* Powerflush machine & relevant hand tools
* Access ladders to reach gutter level, an A-frame, and hop up that conforms to BS EN 131 standards
